• Customers who use a paysafecard prepaid code without a paysafecard account are subject to a maintenance fee of €3 or the equivalent in the voucher currency if their voucher is not fully redeemed within 30 days of purchase. This fee is charged monthly until the voucher balance reaches zero. • To avoid problems for our customers, we encourage them to upload their codes to their paysafecard account. A maintenance fee will only be charged if the account remains inactive for more than 12 months.
