The card can be redeemed at www.eventim.de. Book the desired event via our webshop and then select the delivery method. Enter the 16-digit voucher number without spaces. Then click on "recalculate" and the total amount to be the total amount to be paid will be reduced by the value of the voucher. After entering the voucher number continue to the login or to register as a new customer. Any remaining credit remains available for you to redeem (with the exception of promotional vouchers with a fixed term). Simply enter your voucher number again with your next purchase.
