· A Gift card once issue will not be revalidated.

· If the gift card is misplaced, Himalaya shall not be responsible for any reimbursement, refund, or re-issue

· The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash and/or credited to source account.

· There is a limit of 1 gift card per day that can be redeemed. Hence, 1 gift card to be redeemed against 1 bill only.

· Customer Registration will be mandatory to avail the gift card.

· Store offers will not be applicable when gift card is being redeemed

· Himalaya’s maximum liability in connection with the gift card shall not exceed the purchase value of the gift card
