Redeeming Offline (In-Store):

· Select the product you wish to purchase.

· After finalizing the product, submit the voucher details along with cvv/pin (voucher code/number) to the salesperson or cashier.

· The store staff will enter the code into the billing system to redeem the value.

Redeeming Online (Website/App):

· Select the product(s) you wish to purchase.

· During the checkout process, enter the voucher code and cvv/pin in the final payment section.

The bearer of this eGift Card is the title holder and is entitled to exchange it for jewellery as per value indicated. This eGift Card cannot be redeemed for gold/silver bars or coins. EGVs issued by Joyalukkas can be redeemed partially and used multiple times on the Joyalukkas India website or mobile app until the full value is exhausted or the card validity expires. However, EGVs cannot be redeemed partially in offline stores.
