Due to system errors, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.Data Privacy Consent: The Customer hereby explicitly and unambiguously consents to the collection, use and transfer, in electronic or other form, of the Customer’s personal data, Phone Number, Email Id and any other materials as applicable by Lulu, its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing E-Gift card transaction and other sales promotion and marketing.The Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Lulu harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Lulu as a consequence of (i) violation of the terms and conditions by the Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the Customer’s part.Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and Courts of Ernakulam shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
