Steps to redeem:

Find Nearest store at https://stores.jockey.in/

· Step 1- Visit Store & Scan QR Code

· Step 2- Sign in or Sign up to begin authenticated jockey credit journey with OTP

· Step 3- After successful login and OTP validation, Jockey Credit Summary screen will be displayed.

· Step 4- click on “Add Gift Card / Voucher” to add the gift card/Voucher details and on successful validation of the gift card/voucher, the balance will be added to the Jockey Credit.

· Step 5- After the gift card is successfully added, you can view jockey credit summary balance and breakup.

Online · Sign in with OTP at www.jockey.in or the Jockey App.

· Add your preferred items to the shopping cart.

· Open the cart drawer and click on “Add Gift Card / Voucher” (if not already added to Jockey credit).

· Enter your Gift Card or Voucher number.

· Complete the Captcha verification and accept “Terms and conditions of Jockey Credit”. Click “Apply” to add the balance to your Jockey credit.

· Once added, view your available Jockey credit balance in the cart drawer under Available Credits.

· Select the amount you wish to redeem from your Jockey credit balance. The redemption amount cannot exceed the cart value.

· Click Redeem & Confirm to apply the Jockey credits balance to your cart.

· Click Place Order and proceed to checkout.

· Enter your delivery address and select your preferred payment method.

· If the purchase value exceeds the available Jockey credits balance, the remaining amount must be paid using credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or any other digital payment methods available on the platform.

· Complete the payment to successfully place the order.

1. The gift card/voucher can be redeemed for the products available on www.jockey.in or Jockey India App and exclusive brand stores(EBOs). This card cannot be used outside of India.

2. Every holder of gift cards/vouchers shall be required to add the value stored on such gift cards/vouchers into the www.jockey.in or Jockey India’s App User Account as a pre-requisite for the redemption of the balance. The loading of the Gift Card into the User’s Account shall be deemed to constitute the User’s registration on our platform. This registration is completed through OTP authentication generated via a valid mobile number login, which is a mandatory requirement.

3. Upon redemption, the gift card balance shall be credited to the Jockey credit, which may be used for multiple purchases until the balance is exhausted or the gift card/voucher credit has expired.

4. The gift cards/vouchers balance can be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible products only on the Jockey India website and Jockey India App.

5. Issuer assumes no responsibility for the products purchased using the Gift Cards and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed

6. The Jockey credit is subject to the terms and conditions of PAGE, which may be amended from time to time in its sole discretion.

7. You agree and understand that Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment instrument subjected to regulations by the RBI under the RBI guidelines.

8. Issuer/ Page Industries may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. There is no additional fee for purchase of these Gift cards.

9 Page Industries may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the Gift Card for any such information.

10. In the event that the beneficiary/know your customer (“KYC”) details as per RBI guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Issuer retains the right to block/cancel the Gift Card issued

11. The value of each Gift Card shall not exceed INR 10000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) and the aggregated value of all such Gift Cards per user per month shall not exceed INR 500000 (Rupees Five Lac Only). Purchases exceeding these limits will not be allowed and shall be automatically cancelled

12 Terms and conditions may be changed by PAGE without prior notice.

13 PAGE reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Jockey credit program at any time without prior notice.

14 All disputes whatsoever regarding any aspect of this E-Gift card shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. PAGE holds the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
