· Requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms of Gift Card mentioned below shall be considered.

· The Gift Card may be redeemed at participating Hotels by providing the 16-digit card number and the OTP at the time of redemption. The Gift Card must be activated to avail redemption

· Gift Card may be used only at participating ITC’s Hotels Group in India.

· All Gift Cards issued shall have a validity period of 1 (one) year from the date of issuance of cards.

· Cash-out or funds transfer shall not be permitted for this Gift Card. However, the funds may be transferred ‘back to source account’ (account from where Gift Card was loaded) after receiving consent of the Gift Card holder.

· This Gift Card is cash equivalent. ITC Hotels or their affiliates are not responsible if this Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.

· Reloading is not applicable in case of this Gift Card.

· Subject to the foregoing, these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Gurugram, India.

· ITC Hotels reserve the entitlement to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on the official website.

· No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.

· The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired gift card. Upon receipt of such request the gift card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions. Please refer the Customer Grievance policy for dispute resolution, unauthorized transactions and liability related aspects.

· The card is valid for spends towards stays (room and incidental charges), food & beverages, home deliveries and takeaways, spa services (for resident guests only), Fabelle boutiques, Sleeep Boutique and applicable taxes at any of the participating hotels. For home deliveries and takeaways, the Gift card number must be quoted to the F&B Manager at the time of placing the order.

· The card is not valid for spends towards settling banquet charges, paid-outs like car transfers, spends at retail or any third-party service establishment at participating hotels, or any expenses of personal nature for which a pay-out is raised such as buying medicines, repairs of personal items etc.

· The cards cannot be used to settle stays booked on/through

o Corporate rates

o Group rates

o Online Travel Agents (OTAs)

o Any discounted, contracted room rates or member rates

· The card shall not be valid for withdrawal of cash or currency exchange.

· Multiple transactions can be performed on gift card until the value of the card is exhausted.

· Should the purchase value exceed the card value, the differential amount of such purchase shall have to be paid at the point of sale either in cash or through an accepted credit or debit

card, at the time of making such purchase. International Cards won’t be accepted for making payments.

· Club ITC Green Points shall not be awarded for transaction settled using Gift Cards. However, for transactions settled with a combination of Gift Card and any other eligible payment mode the Club ITC Green Points may be awarded for the differential amount being settled through the alternate payment mode.

· Handling refunds: A. Refunds in case of failed / returned / rejected / cancelled transactions shall be provided to the respective Gift Card within 14 working days, to the extent that payment was made initially by debit to the Gift Card. B. Refunds in case of failed / returned / rejected / cancelled transactions using any other payment instrument shall be credited back to the payment source.

· The Gift Card can be purchased for a minimum value of ₹1,000 and maximum value of ₹10,000 per transaction.

· The Gift Card will be delivered to the recipient’s email address as entered in the form on the same day unless the delivery is scheduled for a particular day.

· In case of theft, kindly report the same. Upon verification of the identity of the guest, the card shall be blocked and a fresh card shall be reissued. The card is a cash equivalent bearer card. ITC Hotels and their affiliates shall not be responsible for lost or stolen cards and any misuse thereof. A reissued card shall have the balance validity of the original issued card, subject to any transactions that may have been made through the said Gift Card.

· Redemption of the card by its bearer shall be valid discharge ITC Hotel’s liabilities in respect of the card.

· The card is subject to applicable laws. The card holder shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory/judicial/competent authority from time to time in this regard.

· By purchasing this gift voucher, you consent to sharing your PII (Name, Email ID, Telephone Number if available) with the issuer as per the guidelines of PPI.

· You can change the language for transaction alert via SMS notifications.
