Se si prenota per una data relativamente lontana quindi, la transazione rimarrà in attesa di compensazione dal momento in cui l'ordine è stato effettuato fino alla fine della permanenza in hotel. Si prega di notare che i clienti non possono inviare richieste che sono 1 mese dopo la data di checkout

- You receive cashback for actual, registered purchases/sign-ups that are completed directly, without visiting other websites in between, and entirely online, without any phone or other contact with the webshop.
- Cashback is calculated on the purchase amount excluding VAT and other additional costs, such as shipping fees, use of gift cards, reservation and administration fees.
- Items already in your cart before you click out to the webshop won't earn cashback.
- Purchases generally appear in your account within 48 hours; however, in some cases, it may take longer. The approval period for purchases varies by webshop, ranging from 2 weeks to several months.
- Most purchases are registered correctly, but occasionally something can go wrong during the process. If this happens to you, submit your claim within 30 days of the purchase date.
