Lidl gift card balance: check before shopping

Use the Lidl gift card balance checker. Enter the 18- to 20-digit card number and four-digit PIN, then complete the verification. You can also check the balance at a Lidl checkout or on the receipt from your last purchase.

Where and how to use your Lidl gift card

Show the card at the till in a Lidl store in the Republic of Ireland. You can use one or more gift cards for a purchase. If the total is higher than your available credit, pay the remainder with cash or a payment card.

Do you have to spend it all at once?

No. Remaining credit stays on the gift card while it is valid. The card is valid for five years from initial activation and cannot be topped up. Its balance cannot be paid out in cash.
