Pizza Hut – How to Redeem steps


At Offline Outlets:

· Customer comes to Pizza Hut outlet and expresses intent of using Gift Card as payment mode.

· Selects the products and shares gift card details with cashier.

· Cashier prepares invoice and selects gift card tender as payment mode.

· Cashier submits gift card details i.e., Card number, Card PIN and Amount in suggested field.

· On successful validation and post confirmation from the Customer, Cashier clicks redemption button and the gift card gets redeemed.

· On successful redemption, total invoice value will get adjusted by redeemed value.

· In case of the total invoice value goes higher than GC Redeemed value, customers are requested to opt for other mode of payment like credit / debit / wallet or cash for balance payment.

· On successful payment, bill gets closed.


At Online platforms (E-Commerce Portal / M-App)

· Customer adds products to cart and proceeds to checkout.

· Selects Gift Card option on Checkout page.

· The first 6 digits of gift card will be pre-selected in the field, customer needs to input the balance digits only.

· Submit pin for validation post entering card details.

· System validates card details and displays available amount to redeem.

· Customer clicks on redemption button.

· On successful redemption, total invoice value gets reduced by Gift Card redeemed value.

· System displays balance amount (if any) to be paid by customers.

· Customer pays the balance amount using another accepted mode of payment like Credit Card / Debit Card or wallet.

· Customer completes the checkout process; transaction gets completed and order gets confirmed.

ऑफ़लाइन आउटलेट पर: ग्राहक पिज्जा हट आउटलेट पर आता है और भुगतान मोड के रूप में गिफ्ट कार्ड का उपयोग करने की अपनी मंशा व्यक्त करता है। माल का चयन करता है और कैशियर के साथ गिफ्ट कार्ड का विवरण साझा करता है। कैशियर चालान तैयार करता है और भुगतान मोड के रूप में गिफ्ट कार्ड टेंडर का चयन करता है। सुझाए गए फ़ील्ड में गिफ्ट कार्ड विवरण यानी कार्ड नंबर, पिन और राशि सबमिट करता है। सिस्टम कार्ड विवरणों को मान्य करेगा और प्रतिक्रिया के रूप में कार्ड का बैलेंस प्रदर्शित करेगा। सफल सत्यापन पर कैशियर को रिडीम बटन पर क्लिक करने के लिए कहा जाएगा, ग्राहक से पुष्टि के बाद रिडेम्पशन बटन पर क्लिक करता है और कार्ड रिडीम हो जाता है। सफल रिडेम्पशन पर कुल चालान मूल्य रिडीम किए गए मूल्य से कम हो जाएगा। यदि कुल चालान मूल्य जीसी रिडीम किए गए मूल्य से अधिक हो जाता है, तो ग्राहक से शेष भुगतान के लिए क्रेडिट / डेबिट / वॉलेट या नकद जैसे भुगतान के अन्य तरीके का चयन करने का अनुरोध किया जाता है। सफल भुगतान पर बिल बंद हो जाता है। ऑनलाइन (ई-कॉमर्स पोर्टल / एम-ऐप) पर: ग्राहक उत्पाद का चयन करता है। वाउचर कोड / कूपन और गिफ्ट कार्ड विवरण लागू करने के लिए चेकआउट पृष्ठ पर पहुंचता है। चेकआउट पर गिफ्ट कार्ड का चयन करता है। गिफ्ट कार्ड के पहले 5 अंक फ़ील्ड में पहले से चयनित होने के कारण, ग्राहक को केवल शेष राशि का अंक दर्ज करना होगा। कार्ड विवरण दर्ज करने के बाद सत्यापन के लिए पिन सबमिट करें। सिस्टम कार्ड विवरण को मान्य करता है और रिडीम करने के लिए उपलब्ध राशि प्रदर्शित करता है। ग्राहक रिडेम्पशन बटन पर क्लिक करता है। सफल रिडेम्पशन पर कुल इनवॉइस मूल्य में गिफ्ट कार्ड रिडीम किए गए मूल्य की कमी हो जाती है। सिस्टम ग्राहकों द्वारा भुगतान की जाने वाली शेष राशि (यदि कोई हो) प्रदर्शित करता है। ग्राहक क्रेडिट कार्ड / डेबिट कार्ड या वॉलेट जैसे भुगतान के अन्य स्वीकृत तरीके का उपयोग करके शेष राशि का भुगतान करता है। ग्राहक चेकआउट प्रक्रिया पूरी करता है; लेनदेन पूरा हो जाता है और ऑर्डर की पुष्टि हो जाती है।

This Pizza Hut E-Gift Card (E-GC) is issued by Yum! Restaurants India Private Limited (YUM) & its authorized franchisees.These E-Gift Cards can be used to make Payments at participating Pizza Hut Stores in India, Pizzahut website and Mobile App.This E-Gift Card is a one-time use card & any unused balance cannot be used again or be exchanged for Cash.The person who has the Yum!
