- Cashback is calculated on the purchase amount excluding VAT and other additional costs, such as shipping fees, use of gift cards, reservation and administration fees.
- Items already in your cart before you click out to the webshop won't earn cashback.
- Purchases generally appear in your account within 48 hours; however, in some cases, it may take longer. The approval period for purchases varies by webshop, ranging from 2 weeks to several months.
- Most purchases are registered correctly, but occasionally something can go wrong during the process. If this happens to you, submit your claim within 30 days of the purchase date.
