- Das Cashback gilt nur für Privatkunden (Haushaltstarife). Die gewerbliche Vermittlung und/oder Vermittlungen durch Dritte sind nicht zulässig.
- Nur für Neukunden. Die Vergütung ist auf max. einen Abschluss pro Sparte (1x Strom, 1x Erdgas) limitiert. Als Neukunde gelten Personen, die in den letzten 6 Monaten vor Vertragsschluss kein Vertragsverhältnis mit Knauber (Erdgas oder Strom) unterhalten haben.
- Das Cashback erfolgt nur bei tatsächlicher Aufnahme der Belieferung und nach Ablauf etwaiger Widerrufsfristen.
- Eine Vergütung erfolgt nur für abgeschlossene Verträge mit einem angegebenen jährlichen Verbrauch von mindestens 1.000 kWh im Strom sowie 5.000 kWh im Erdgas.
- Nicht mit weiteren Rabatten, Aktionen oder Gutscheincodes der Website kombinierbar.
- Für die technische Erfassung des Abschlusses müssen die, für das Cashback-Tracking erforderlichen, Cookies und Tracking-Technologien auf der Partnerseite akzeptiert werden. Wird das Tracking durch Browser-Einstellungen, Cookie-Blocker oder ähnliche Maßnahmen verhindert, kann eine Zuordnung des Abschlusses und damit die Cashback-Vergütung nicht gewährleistet werden.
- Es gelten die weiteren Regelungen gemäß den AGB der Website.

- You receive cashback for actual, registered purchases/sign-ups that are completed directly, without visiting other websites in between, and entirely online, without any phone or other contact with the webshop.
- Cashback is calculated on the purchase amount excluding VAT and other additional costs, such as shipping fees, use of gift cards, reservation and administration fees.
- Items already in your cart before you click out to the webshop won't earn cashback.
- Purchases generally appear in your account within 48 hours; however, in some cases, it may take longer. The approval period for purchases varies by webshop, ranging from 2 weeks to several months.
- Most purchases are registered correctly, but occasionally something can go wrong during the process. If this happens to you, submit your claim within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we're unable to trace older purchases. Some webshops don't accept claims. If so, it's stated in the special conditions above.
