Pokémon en mensen leven hier gemoedelijk samen. In deze bruisende stad woont een norse (maar verrassend schattige) Pikachu met manse praatjes die dol is op koffie en zichzelf een geniale detective vindt.

Deze Pikachu werkt samen met zijn partner, Tim Goodman, om een reeks raadselachtige gebeurtenissen te onderzoeken die in de stad plaatsvinden.
